Presenter: Cara Orban - The Montana State Library

Abstract:  Library patrons across Montana will have access to an expanded suite of electronic resources and other services in 2022 thanks to federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for library services. This presentation will explain what is included in the ARPA budget passed by the State Library Commission in December 2021, how these recommendations were developed, and how these one-time investments will be evaluated for future funding opportunities.
