Thank you for your interest in registering as a vendor for the MLA 2025 Conference March 27-29 in Bozeman, Montana. Pre-conference workshops for a limited number of attendees take place March 26. The full schedule of conference events begins March 27 at 8:30am.

Event Details for Vendors
Vendors can load-in Wednesday March 26 between 4pm and 8pm. Load-in / set-up can resume Thursday March 27 at 7am, and should be complete by 8:30am.
Vendors can load-out after 5pm on Friday March 28.
Note: Two conference sessions and a brunch are scheduled Saturday morning March 29, and vendors are welcome to remain on Saturday morning. All vendor load-out must be complete by Saturday March 29 at 1pm.

The Conference Planning Committee may approve requests for refunds due to cancellation up until 14 days (March 13, 2025) prior to the first day of the conference. Direct requests for refunds to the Conference Planning Committee.
